🔧 About us

View:

Trusted smash repairs for Melbourne’s outer east — serving Croydon, Ringwood, Mooroolbark & nearby suburbs.

🧾 Is lodging an insurance claim the right choice?

View:

Claims can cost more than expected once excess and premium changes are considered. Start with an estimate to compare options.

Transparent quotes: itemised labour & parts, so you know what’s being done.
Cost pathways: repair privately, claim on your policy, or recover from the at-fault party.
When private makes sense: damage near/below excess, or you want to avoid claim impact.

⚖️ If you're not at fault — your options

View:

Using the at-fault party’s insurer helps you stay in control, avoid excess, and keep your claims history clean.

We assess & document: photos + written quote for the other party/their insurer.
Liability accepted: excess is typically not payable by you.
Book repairs: we coordinate parts, timelines and quality checks.

Choose your repairer: you can nominate us.
Replacement car: options available while your car is in repair.
Quality focus: genuine parts and manufacturer-aligned methods where applicable.

View:

We work with major insurers (Allianz, AAMI, Budget Direct, RACV, Toyota Insurance) and service Croydon, Ringwood, Mooroolbark & nearby suburbs.

Policy note: claiming on your own policy can limit repairer choice under some policies; not-at-fault recovery generally lets you choose us.
